My interview with Peachpit publisher Nancy Aldrich-Ruenzel for my new book, Video Nation. Videophiles take note: the interview was produced on consumer cameras, with the iPad (on me) iPhone (on Nancy) and a GoPro Hero2 for the wide shot.

I don’t drink coffee–not for religious reasons, just don’t like the taste. So for this video, to show how the system works, I opt for a cookie. According to Neil Simon, “cookie” is funnier than “coffee,” because it has a K in he word.

Souped up 5D Mark II for Video with Redrock Micro | Live from Santa Monica!

We went to the Santa Monica Pier one recent evening with Brian Valente from Redrock Micro to see the rigs he sells to soup up a Canon 5D Mark II into a super video camera. He gives full demo on the video as well.
